Shipping policy

We understand how important it is to receive your order in a timely and safe manner. That's why we've put together the following shipping policy to help answer any questions you may have about your order.


• Parcels are shipped from South Korea or United States.
• Orders will be shipped out within 1-7 days. However, this timeframe may be extended up to 14 days if some items in your order are out of stock at our warehouse and require restocking from the manufacturer.
• Sometimes shipping options may not include tracking number
• We will send you an email as soon as your parcel is on its way
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.


Customs & Import Regulations
• Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs charges or declines the package during customs clearance, the parcel will either be returned to us or disposed of by the customs office at the destination country.
• In such cases, a full refund is not guaranteed. Any fines, penalties, or return shipping fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
• If these costs exceed the value of the order, SKINSLI reserves the right to issue an additional invoice to the customer to cover the outstanding balance.
• Please note that during prolonged customs delays, the condition of products may deteriorate. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged or spoiled as a result of customs handling or extended clearance times.
